Amrie provides nutrition counseling and real life eating experiences to adolescents and adults that are seeking to improve their relationship with food. Amrie uses a non-diet approach that focuses on mindful and intuitive eating. Amrie believes that each person is the expert of their own body, though there are times when a little guidance is needed to get back to that place of internal wisdom. Amrie is also available for outpatient eating disorder nutrition counseling.
